Using cheap cow's milk or coffee creamers as a substitute for baby formula can be a very dangerous practice infact ,one that can lead to death.Coffee creamers are only for adults and contain nothing of nutritional value to little babies .Your baby's digestive system is not as strong as yours,babies' tummies are not strong enough to digest cow's milk .Feeding cow's milk to babies can cause serious intestinal problems.
3. Honey
Honey should certainly not be one of the things you use to satisfy your baby's hunger .Besides tempering with your baby's taste and appetite honey may contain botulinum ,a bacteria wich causes botulism.Although it is safe for adults ,honey is a no no for babies under one year.
4.Sugar and Candy
Sweet things are not at all encouraged for babies ,they alter taste development and damage baby's teeth as they emerge.Candy can also give your baby extra energy that is unnecessary which will lead to lack of sleep.So while you may think you are doing your baby a favour by giving them a taste of sweet things,you might be damaging their sleep cycle .lastly some sweets are small and pose a risk of choking to your baby.

When your baby arrives,you do not have any knowledge of any allergies or disorders.So when when it comes to food I advices that you try each type one at a time and observe carefully observe if there are any reactions .Peanut butter and related products should first be tried in small portions .If you are to go with fish ,try to stick with hake and tilapia for the first year.Most of the other types may contain mercury which can harm your baby.
